El Dorado County is more than just a place to live. I have built a successful business here, the Breaker Glass Co. This county is my home. It’s where my wife Kathy and I are raising our children. I am running for El Dorado County Supervisor, District 2, in the 2008 elections.
While El Dorado County is a great place to live, I believe we must create more opportunities for our residents and assure their safety and prosperity - all while retaining the natural beauty of this area. Having volunteered thousands of hours as Chamber of Commerce President, Economic Development Advisory Commission member, Community Volunteer, and Scout leader, I will bring that same commitment to the Board of Supervisors.
Providing the resources needed by The Sheriff’s Department and District Attorney’s Office to keep our families safe and ensuring that Firefighters have the tools needed to protect our homes is a goal I will work to achieve.
Using my experience as a business owner I will work to create more jobs and opportunities, before we add more rooftops. Road improvements and maintenance are a top priority. I will work hard and go above and beyond in your behalf, and I will do my homework and show up on time.
If you speak I will listen. It is my commitment to be the kind of Supervisor of which I, my kids, and future generations can be proud.
